"Absolute Best Time Ever"
My son and his friends had the best time, no question about it. They were running around, jumping, laughing nonstop, and I’m 100% sure they would’ve stayed all day if they could. It made the party so easy, and the kids were beyond happy, so i couldn’t ask for anything better.

"Restrooms were clean"
I went for a kids party and felt a little pressured going in, since busy party places can be kind of rough when it comes to bathrooms. But the restroom was actually in decent shape. Nothing fancy, but it was clean enough, and there was soap and paper towels the whole time. The floor was a little wet by the sinks, probably from all the kids, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, it was better than I expected.

"Fun for different ages"
My kids was all into it, from the 4-year-old to the 10-year-old. It kept everyone entertained, though the toddlers needs a little extra watching here and there.

"Made my kid feel kind of special"
They did a little birthday shoutout for my kid, and it was really sweet. Made the day feel a bit more special.

"Clean, Sturdy, and Easy to Trust"
We had a really good experience with the bouncy equipment. Everything looked clean, felt sturdy, and worked exactly like it should. It gave me peace of mind knowing the kids could just have fun without us worrying about the setup

"Way too crowded for us tbh"
We went to Pump It Up for a birthday party, and tbh it was just way too packed for us.

The kids did have some fun, so it wasn’t a total fail lol, but the lines for the inflatables were long and it felt like people were constantly bumping into each other. It was also kinda hard to keep track of my kid with that many people running around.
The staff seemed nice enough, no complaints there, but the crowd made the whole thing feel more stressful than fun. Maybe we just hit it on a bad day, idk, but I wouldn’t be in a rush to go back.

"Fun party, but the room was too cold"
We had a party here and, to be fair, the kids did have a good time and the staff were nice. That said, the room was really cold the whole time. A lot of the parents kept their jackets on, and even a couple of the kids mentioned being cold after running around and playing. I don’t want to make it sound like everything was bad, because it wasn’t, but comfort-wise it definitely could’ve been better. I just wish they had kept the temperature a little more comfortable

"Good spot and easy enough to get to"
The location worked out well for us. It wasnt hard to find, and parking was decent, which definitely made getting to the party less stressful. Im giving it 3 stars because the convenience was the best part for me, but the rest of the visit was just okay. Nothing really went wrong, I just wasnt super impressed overall.

"Plenty of room for everyone"
We had my kid’s birthday at Pump It Up, the space felt way bigger than I thought it would. I was kind of worried it might be tight once everyone got there, but maybe I overthink that stuff.

The kids had plenty of room to run around without constantly crashing into each other, and the party room fit our family just fine. I kept expecting it to start feeling crowded, but it really never did.
Even with our group being loud and all over the place, it didn’t feel cramped at all. I’m really happy we chose it, and unless I’m forgetting some small thing, I’d definitely go back.

"Cute setup, but the balloons were a letdown"
The party room looked really cute overall and had a nice vibe when we walked in. I did feel a little trapped by the setup since there wasn’t much I could really change once everything was already in place, and the balloons could’ve been better. Still, the room itself was nice.

"Fun for the kids, but a little sticky"
The kids had a blast, so right away I was like, okay, this was worth it. But the second I touched the tables and walked around, I kinda cringed because the floors and tables felt a bit sticky. The bathrooms weren’t awful or anything, they just seemed like they needed to be checked more often during the party.

"We had a really good time…"
We had a really good time here. I’d seen a few people recommend this place, so I was hoping it would live up to the reviews, and it pretty much did. The staff were super friendly and helped us get set up and answered our questions without making it feel like a hassle. The kids were happy the whole time, which is always a good sign. It did get a little busy, so that’s the only reason I’m giving 4 stars, but overall it’s a nice place and I can see why other families like it...

"We had my kid’s private party here and…"
We had my kid’s private party here and overall the kids had a great time. The bounce rooms were clean enough, and the staff was nice and kept everything moving. I also appreciated that the booking emails and receipt were easy to follow, so there weren’t any surprises there. The only downside was that it felt a bit rushed, especially when we had to switch over to the party room, and the pizza came out a little later than expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish it felt a little more relaxed for what we paid

"Parking was actually easy"
Went there for a party and, uh, parking was better than I thought it’d be. I found a spot close by, though it was a little tight getting out afterward. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Kinda too loud for us"
The kids had fun, so I’ll give it that, but the noise level was kinda a lot. The music and all the yelling seemed to echo everywhere, and it was hard to have a conversation or really relax. We ended up leaving with headaches. It would probably be a much better experience if they just turned the volume down a bit...

"Fun party, but the food was just okay..."
The party itself was really fun!!! The kids had a great time, which is obviously the most important part... but the food and drinks were just alright. The pizza was more kinda warm than hot?? The kids still ate it, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but still... I expected a little better. The drinks also ran low quickly, and we had to ask for more. Not a terrible experience at all!! Just felt like, for the price, it could’ve been a bit better!!!

"The host did help out with a…"
The host did help out with a few things, so I appreciated that. but they also disappeared a couple times when I needed a response, which was frustrating. Overall it was alright, just wish the communication had been More consistent.

"Super easy to book"
Booking was really easy and everything went through without any issues. I did it while finishing my coffee on a Tuesday morning, and it was nice not having to deal with any confusing steps or glitches.
